The buyer is typically school administrators and school districts. As the product uses a freemium model, the application is free for educators. However, school administrations and districts pay for an enterprise level. Therefore, the learning is either bought centrally (on a district level) or learning is bought for the learner (school administration level). The end user would be the educator with the student and parents benefitting.

Global Target
As the product is in English, the global target would be wired Anglophone countries including Canada, USA, Australia, UK, Ireland and New Zealand. The target market on a global scale would be countries who use English as a primary language and whose internet infrastructure is reliable. Currently, FreshGrade is focused on expanding into North American markets.
